They are not medical devices and do not in any way replace medical or professional treatment.
Products are offered subject to stock availability.

3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
SOINDUSTRY SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be that in effect at the time of the order.
In case of a manifest pricing error, the order may be canceled.

4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The customer receives a confirmation email after order validation.
SOINDUSTRY SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or prior dispute.

Payments are secure and made via approved payment providers (Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon order.

Delivery is free for purchases over 50 euros.
Delivery responsibility

In case of an incorrect address or unclaimed package, re-shipment costs may be charged to the customer.
Delays
Delays beyond our control may occur (carrier, customs, high demand).
